Germaine de Randamie stripped of featherweight title, Cyborg Vs. Anderson title fight set for UFC 214
There had been some rumblings surrounding Germaine de Randamie and her status as a fighter and UFC title holder but news broke today that they have stripped hereof the featherweight title and Cris Cyborg will face Megan Anderson at UFC 214 for the title

The reason according to Randamie, who had no idea she were to be stripped of the title is because she refused to fight there top contender.
“As many of you will know, the UFC has stripped me from the belt, for those of you who do not know what that means, the UFC has taken my title because I refuse to fight against their number one challenger. (I have my reasons for that.)”
UFC 214 takes place on July 29 and features a light heavyweight title fight between Current champion Daniel Cormier and returning former champion, Jon Jones.
